The highlight of a visit to Big Tree Plantation is picking your tree. For many families, Big Tree Plantation has become an important tradition, and we're proud to share our tree farm with you! Enjoy a complimentary wagon ride into the tree farm and browse through thousands of trees until you find the perfect one for your home.
Then we'll provide the saw, and help you remove your tree, shake the loose needles, bundle it, and help you load and tie it onto your vehicle.
While you are here, take time to see the live Reindeer plus our life size nativity scene, warm up with a cup of hot chocolate, and enjoy the holiday season with friends and family!
We have a wide selection of Choose & Harvest trees, Live Trees To Plant, and Freshly Cut trees.
Don't forget our sturdy tree stands, wreaths, garland, and other holiday decorations available in the Gift Shop!

We are going to LIGHT UP part of our field for a night time Christmas adventure. Choose a tree from the field or a precut tree inside our barn. Bring your family after work and enjoy all Big Tree has to offer for your family Christmas traditions. Our Gift Shop will be open and the Café will have plenty of Pizza, Chili and Funnel Cakes. Winter Wonderland, Santa, Wagon rides, animals, Mary & Joseph, a bonfire and of course our famous complimentary HOT CHOCOLATE will be available. See you after work!!
