Join us for a fun day on the farm. Students will take a wagon ride through fields of towering evergreens, fall maples, and the surrounding woodlands, and learn how trees are grown.
Most students have no idea how much work is involved in raising a Christmas tree, which typically takes 8 to 10 years to be ready to harvest and take home for Christmas.
At Christmas time, the children will take a wagon ride through the fields of Christmas trees, and learn about the meaning of the Christmas symbols. We also see, upclose and personal, our beautiful live reindeer, and then have time to browse the Gift Barn and see our life-size nativity. Each student receives a tree seedling to take home and plant.
No visit to the Christmas tree farm is complete without a cup of hot chocolate and a small bag of hot popcorn. There isn't any better way to learn than experiening your study!
